What happens at your free damp survey
One of our PCA trained technicians visits your home, looks at the affected walls inside and out, and takes moisture readings. We check ground levels, gutters, pointing, ventilation and the age and construction of the property, because the cause of damp is not always where the stain appears.
We then explain in plain English whether you have rising damp, penetrating damp or condensation, and follow up with a clear written recommendation. If the fix is something simple you can do yourself, we will tell you.
